TESCREAL is the name for ideologies guiding the tech elite. A hybrid/ fusion belief system. Want to save the world. Key tenents: 1. Transhumanism - the human body is outdated 2. Extropianism - entropy is the enemy 3. Singularitarianism - AI will superceded us, we must align with it 4. Cosmism - Earth is a launch pad 5. Rationalism - emotion is a flaw 6. Effective altrusim - maximise impact through evidence and logic 6. Longtermsim - protect the far future over present day lives
